Graphic Designer – Intern

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Design Intern to support our Learning & Development (L&D) team. This role involves transforming training materials into visually engaging and brand-consistent content across various formats, including but not limited to PowerPoint presentations, animated videos, and printed or digital workbooks.
The Purpose of this role is to ensure educational content is impactful, accessible, and aligned with our company’s visual identity and reaches our employee audience in an engaging and impactful way.

Translate training content into clear, visually compelling materials, grouped into specific training courses as outlined by the Accredited content provided.
Design PowerPoint decks that are brand-aligned, engaging, and easy to understand.
Support the creation of animated explainer videos or motion graphics. (Tools and platforms to be confirmed)
Design digital and print-ready workbooks, worksheets, and templates for workshops or e-learning.
Collaborate with L&D, Subject Matter Experts, and the Brand Team to interpret briefs and iterate on design concepts.
Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all materials.
Help manage visual asset libraries and file organisation.
Ensure effective alignment and formatting to the agreed LMS tool for distribution.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Canva, or similar.
Skilled in Office 365 (PowerPoint, Excel) with a keen eye for layout and visual storytelling.
Basic knowledge of animation or motion design tools.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.
Copywriting skills advantageous.
