All ethnic and religious cuisine preferences are considered in our daily menus. In many instances, due to the specialised nature of certain cuisines, IFS imports chefs from the work-force’s country of origin.
With the support of my country manager and the IFS team, I received skills development training and went from a warehouse labourer to a team leader.
Stock Control Manager
I manage 23 community gardens that supply IFS camps with fresh produce. It means that the workers eat good quality, locally grown food and it’s a way of injecting cash into the local communities.
By following the IFS Health and Safety protocols, I am able to prevent the spread of bacteria and help keep my site healthy and disease free.
