Compliance Administrator

We are looking for a Compliance Administrator to manage all compliance-related tasks.

Key Purpose:

  • To support the Compliance Officer to maintain and ensure Group compliance with in-country statutory requirements.

  • To manage the repository of corporate documentation for the companies across the Group, including its collection, processing, verification, recording, reconciliation and reporting.

  • To manage the export documentation process and inter-company remittance.

Responsibilities:

  • VAT and General Compliance

  • Statutory Maintenance

  • Inter-company remittance

  • Banking administrationI

  • Legal repository

Skills:

  • Organisational Skills: Managing multiple compliance programs and tasks efficiently.

  • Analytical Skills: Understanding and applying complex regulatory standards.

  • Communication Skills: Effectively conveying compliance requirements and policies to various stakeholders.

  • Problem-Solving Ability: Developing strategies to address compliance issues and prevent future occurrences.

  • Attention to Detail: Identifying potential areas of non-compliance thorough audits and assessments.

  • Up-to-Date Knowledge: Staying informed about the latest laws and regulations affecting the industry. Interpersonal

  • Collaborating with different departments and building strong relationships to ensure compliance.

  • Computer literacy including MS Office.

Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years in a relevant field
