We are looking for a Compliance Administrator to manage all compliance-related tasks.
Key Purpose:
To support the Compliance Officer to maintain and ensure Group compliance with in-country statutory requirements.
To manage the repository of corporate documentation for the companies across the Group, including its collection, processing, verification, recording, reconciliation and reporting.
To manage the export documentation process and inter-company remittance.

Skills:
Organisational Skills: Managing multiple compliance programs and tasks efficiently.
Analytical Skills: Understanding and applying complex regulatory standards.
Communication Skills: Effectively conveying compliance requirements and policies to various stakeholders.
Problem-Solving Ability: Developing strategies to address compliance issues and prevent future occurrences.
Attention to Detail: Identifying potential areas of non-compliance thorough audits and assessments.
Up-to-Date Knowledge: Staying informed about the latest laws and regulations affecting the industry. Interpersonal
Collaborating with different departments and building strong relationships to ensure compliance.
Computer literacy including MS Office.
Qualifications:
2–4 years in a relevant field
